He has! God has blessed America. Happy 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence -- the day that men's souls were free to choose God in word and in deed, in public and in private, and in both body and mind. Then and now mena are truly free to become whom they choose.
A few families stayed in Cottonwood for the day, so we filled the day with breakfast at one house, swimming at our house, and an evening BBQ at another house. It felt like a celebration.
(10 years ago the number of children was doubled, but we're all growing up now. We still partied hard with these folks.)
Molly said she needed a festive suit this year -- we made that happen!
Austin and I swam and were fun with the best of them. Our pool water is WARM. There was never a chill nor a need to get out -- the perfect environment and entertainment.
Molly made a chair and ottoman at the BBQ.
Ryan and Austin played corn hole. Eddie and Maddie left with the teens to watch the fireworks from the mountain.
Home again to watch the city's firework show from our balcony. The local display never disappoints.
