Finished off a couple books these past few weeks -- Mockingjay and The same Kind of Different As me. Tolerated the first, loved the latter. This week a new book is coming to my world, Paranormalcy.
I suggest you look into it as well. Can't wait.

First Day of School
Yesterday was the first day of school. With the help of my sweet mother, our morning passed without a single glitch, and our three elementary students were very prepared for their big day.

Moving Day
Just one week ago today, we packed up our sold Kansas home and headed to Utah. How sad it was to leave our dear friends. Maisie and I cried the most.
Utah? Yes. No not Wenatchee nor Bend. Utah. Austin has found just we he's been looking for in Lehi, of all places. In a few more weeks there just might be finalized details; considering our history, the location might change again.
A perfect place for us to be right now is in Highland, with the fabulous 'rents and sibs. Austin is still in Kansas working, and the Guymons happily allowed us to move in with them for the interim.
We sure are happy, and waiting patiently for all the Lehi details to hopefully pan out.

Westward Ho
Our house sold! We have to be out by the 20th of this month. We are headed to Wenatchee, WA. Here is a picture of the view from the chairs (the Columbia River), and a couple of views of the building.

Our 10th Anniversary
Austin and I have now been married 10 years. We went to dinner and he surprised me with this video.
Venice Beach
Two hours after the temple ceremony our group headed to Venice Beach, CA. We spent 5 days in the sun, sand and water. What a delight. Children never complain at the beach, even when it is cold.
Mindy and I showed up with the same suit -- both of us independently ordered online.

Standifird Wedding
Ashley and Tyler Standifird are now married. The temple sealing and reception were both amazing and perfectly wonderful.
