This was a weekend to celebrate Nick and his upcoming baptism. The children were out of school Friday, so we went bowling and to lunch. In a real restaurant. Bowling was terrific. Ed and Ryan ate cheetos the entire time. Grandma B. got a spare and two strikes, in a row, the last frame, so she pulled her score out and took second behind Austin.

Maddie read the menu and then when the waiter came over stood up on the bench and declared in her loudest and most authoritative voice, "I would like mini hot dogs and a lemonade. That's mini hot dogs and a lemonade!" Hilarious. (Her first time ordering.) Don't miss Ryan in the lower left.
Nick went to Cub Scouts for the first time. What a cutie!
Then, we finished off the day with an ice cream run. How could we not?
