The Remote is Shrinking

Our remote is shrinking, or rather, our Maddie-baby is getting so big. She is 13+ pounds, almost tripling her birth weight. Maddie is the perfect baby for our family. I just wish she'd slow her growth.
2weeks.

 

A little over a month. (We were in CA, so I didn't have the remote.)

 

Two months.

 

Three months.

 

Weekends

Soccer season is here; Meg and Andy are both playing. Saturday morning we (all 5 children and I and no Austin) spent two plus hours at the field watching soccer games. Meg played hard with the girls her age, and Andy scored during his game. However, I learned something fierce this weekend -- I will never go to games without Austin again. Ever. I was pretty close to death afterward, I can't really figure out why. I suppose I don't even want to analyze and understand why. I was utterly defeated afterward.

 

 

 

Make-up

Maisie's cute friend gave her make-up for her birthday. Maisie dolled up both her and Nick. I wish you could see the texture due to the tickness of the application.

On our way through Texas we passed the BYU equipment semi. We were back in our Marriot to watch the second-half of the big game. Go BYU!

 

Happy Birthday, #4 Maisie

Our Maisie is now 4! We love Maisie because she smiles so big and is so excited about small things -- the grand ol' flag, corn on the cob, strawberries, and lip stick. One of my favorite Maisie habits is her whistling. Maisie is never lost in public places because she whistles all the time and is easily heard. We also like Maisie because she gives tight hugs and lots of kisses.
